Weigh out 20 oz of ground beef. I use 80/20
– I would not go any leaner than 85/15.
Add the Worcestershire sauce and Sumi Seasoning and mix together.
– Since Sumi Seasoning contains salt, you may want to adjust based on personal taste.
Roll the meat mixture into 4 equal sized balls.
– I use a kitchen scale to make sure I make just over 5 oz patties.
Form into patties, making an indentation with your thumb in the top if doing by hand.
– I prefer to use a burger press for a more consistent size and thickness.
