IGB Pastrami Rub

Sumi Seasoning
Ingredients:
Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Sumi Seasoning
Coriander (whole preferred)
Brown Sugar
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Onion powder
Dry Mustard
Directions
In a jar with a shaker lid combine:
3 Tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon
Sumi Seasoning
2 Tablespoons ground coriander
fresh is best
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground mustard
Shake it up and apply liberally to meat’s surface.
