IGB Pastrami Rub

Makes:
Approx. 3/4 cup
Products Used
Ingredients:
  • Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • Sumi Seasoning
  • Coriander (whole preferred)
  • Brown Sugar
  • Paprika
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion powder
  • Dry Mustard
Directions
  1. In a jar with a shaker lid combine:
    • 3 Tablespoons coarse ground black pepper
    • 1 Tablespoon Sumi Seasoning
    • 2 Tablespoons ground coriander
        • fresh is best
    • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  2. Shake it up and apply liberally to meat’s surface.
