Place your steaks on your preheated grill for amount of time listed (first side)
Flip your steak and allow it to cook for the recommended time. (after turning)
Use a high grade thermometer to check for your desired doneness – I prefer Thermopens.
Bring your steak inside and put on a plate to rest
Put 1-2 pats of butter on top of the steak and cover the plate with aluminum foil.
Let rest for 5 minutes.
