Leftover Pulled Pork Chili

One Crockpot full
Products Used
Ingredients:
  • 1 to 1.5  lbs of leftover pulled pork, roughly chopped
  • 2 – 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 – 15 oz can of kidney beans
  • 1 – 15 oz can of corn (drained)
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon IGB Spicy Sumi Seasoning 
    • You can replace this with bearded BBQ Blend if less spice is desired
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a 6-8 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours depending on your desired level of thickness.
    • Stir every few hours if you remember. 
  3. Top with Bearded BBQ Blend, chopped onions, shredded cheese or whatever else you enjoy on Chili!
