1 to 1.5 lbs of leftover pulled pork, roughly chopped
2 – 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes
1 – 15 oz can of kidney beans
1 – 15 oz can of corn (drained)
2 onions, diced
1 Tablespoon chili powder
1 Tablespoon IGB Spicy Sumi Seasoning
You can replace this with bearded BBQ Blend if less spice is desired
Combine all ingredients in a 6-8 quart slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours depending on your desired level of thickness.
Stir every few hours if you remember.
Top with Bearded BBQ Blend, chopped onions, shredded cheese or whatever else you enjoy on Chili!
